After 46 years of Bailiff duties I and my staff, both clerical and field workers (bailiffs) take our appointments and duties seriously and act in a professional manner at all times. We ensure the laws of the Province of Ontario and Canada are adhered to. Until proven otherwise, we feel that all persons deserve to be treated with respect and consideration.

We pioneered the use of both uniforms and body armor (vests) in our profession, this encourages professionalism and easy identification. This also promotes respect not just towards ourselves by the Subjects/Debtors and Law Enforcement Officials, but towards the lien-holders and financial institutions themselves. When we are not in uniform, we are dressed to fit the occasion including business suits, casual & work clothes to suit the task at hand.

Appointed for the counties of: Northumberland, Peterborough and Victoria. Judicial and Ministry Consents for ; ALL OF ONTARIO. Our bailiffs cover the areas in the attached map no less then every two days. We cover most of central South East Ontario on a minimum of every week. Agreements with a very tight knit gorup of fellow bailiffs allow us coverage in remote areas. Being members of the Ontario Bailiff Association we have forwarding arrangements for all of Ontario.

Ministry consent for the entire province.
